What's It All About
This is a Picture/Image/Video browser for Windows. I did not like any I found on the web
so I wrote this one. Besides, being retired I needed something to do.
Version 4 is another major update.
The image adjustment (fun, fix, filters and draw features) have now been
combined into one window instead of four windows. This makes it easier to
use the different tools offered by the fun, fix, filters and draw features.

Version 3 is a major update.
Version 3 has a better user interface, many bug fixes and a rewritten thumbnail display.
A capture feature from any Window's video device has also been installed with an auto save option.
You can even enable motion detection on the auto capture.
With this version you can even capture/retrive images from a scanner.

This program has the following main purposes.
- Display all images in a directory as thumbnails.
- Display all video files in a directory as thumbnails.
- Display one or more images at a larger format in the Picture Viewer which is part of this program. If more then two images are displayed in the Picture Viewer, you can also view them as a slide show.
- Play a video file in the Video Player which is part of this program.
- Apply a tag or tags to an image or video. This allows you to create libraries. With the selection of a library (tag) name, you can see all images & videos within that library. You can also display more then one library at a time and an image/video can have more then one tag assigned to it (be in more then one library at a time).
- You can also create a PDF document of images displayed by the program.

New as of version 1.0.2 Build 49 - You can now display video files in the thumbnail pane and you can view a video file in the video Viewer.
